Sue Cunningham, M.A.Ed.

Sue Cunningham is Director of Summer Service Projects and Alumni/ae Relations at the Center for Social Concerns. In this position, she is responsible for managing the Summer Service Project Internship and placing students at service sites. About 3000 students have participated in the three credit (THEO 360) service-learning experience of the Summer Service Projects sponsored by UND alumni clubs since the program's founding.

Cunningham has an M.Ed in Counseling from the University of Guam and a BA from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.She taught for three years at John F. Kennedy High School on the Island of Guam. Prior to her position at the Center, she worked for Catholic Charities in South Bend as a refugee resettlement counselor and the City of South Bend as a Volunteer Coordinator.
