Qualities of leadership exhibited by postgraduate volunteers are increasingly recognized by employers. The goal of this week-long certificate program is to offer tools and resources to help leaders transition from volunteering to employment. The certificate program is open to anyone who has completed a year or more of full-time community service within the past 12 months (since June 2007). The certificate program will be held at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana during the week of August 3-8, 2008. A $25 application fee is required; otherwise the program is free and includes a $250 stipend to help cover travel, lodging and food.
The Leaders In Transition Certificate Program in Career Management is presented by the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business
